The most common feed types of parabolic antennas
We stipulated the direction here all refers to the direction seen when we face to the Satellite Dish.
- Satellite Dish C-band single polarization separated LNB polarization angle setting
We stipulated the F interface of this kind of LNB is the direction marked 0 scales. The Satellite Dish polarization angle of horizontal signal when receiving different satellites is set as below:
Fig 1
When receiving vertical signal, the Satellite Dish polarization angle rotates 90° as shown below:
Fig 2
- Satellite Dish C-band dual polarization single output integrated LNB
1) PAUXIS-900、1000 and most of this kind of LNB
We stipulated the 0 scales in the front of LNB as standard. The polarization angle to receive different satellites is set as shown in Fig 1.
2) PAUXIS-800
The polarization angle of this LNB is rightly set 90° difference from PX-1000, as shown in Fig 2.(Such polarization angle is to set LNB opposite to common LNB, which has stopped manufacturing now. Earlier, a few PX-900 LNB are also opposite, but has been normal now.)
3. Satellite Dish Ku-band single polarization separated LNB polarization angle setting
We stipulated the vertical tangent direction of LNB face with brand or the vertical tangent direction of the long side are the direction to mark 0 scale. The polarization angle to receive different satellites is set as shown in Fig 1. When receiving vertical signals, it’s shown as Fig 2. - Satellite Dish Dual polarization single output integrated LNB
1、OrbSat etc. small round integrated LNB
We stipulated its F interface direction is 0 scale mark, and its polarization angle setting is as shown in fig 3.
Fig 3
2、PAUXIS etc. Integrated Ku-band LNB (Square LNB)
We stipulated its F interface direction is 0 scale mark, and its polarization angle setting is as shown in fig 4.
