Synertone Selects Gilat for an order of $12 Million in China

The Hong Kong satellite solutions provider, Synertone enable fixed and mobility applications on its HTS and Ipstar-based network cover the

whole china by selecting Gilat Satellite Networks’ baseband equipments. It has placed about $12 million orders in total orders for Gilat’s solutions.Gilat’s SkyEdge II-c platform with X-Architecture will be Powering Synertone’s network. The VSATs used are part of Gilat’s Capricorn

suite of ultra-high-speed Internet Protocol (IP) routers. It’s estimated the network can go live within 6 to 12 months. In addition, Synertone and Gilat signed MOU, which includes an option for advanced manufacturing and future research and development cooperation they agree to do.
