Its components, such as pedestal and support legs etc all adopt precision automatic production equipment to do mechanical machining. Then they are treated with rust protection and degreasing. Lastly, surface spraying is done with special formular polyester powder, which can make sure 1.5m Satellite Dish won’t fall off painting after 5 years operation. Also the design, production and test of 1.5m Satellite Dish are all done according to corresponding standard document strictly. And to ensure each antenna is standard before delivering, Quality control department will inspect and test every antenna performance based on corresponding process files.
